(5). HORSE TRANSPORT.
The Horse Transport will parade in marching order at
the stables at 6.30 a.m.
(6). ENTRAINMENT OF PERSONNEL.
All personnel will parade in marching order with
blankets under Lieutenant BIDDULPE, on the ground opposite the entrance
to the camp at 8.45 a.m. Each N.C.O. responsible for a group of men
will have with him a Nominal Roll on which he can account for every
man.
(7). PERMANENT BASE MEN.
(a). P.B. men at Palmer Baths (fifteen) will be
attached to the 3rd. Aust: Pioneer Battalion.
(b). Those doing duty with Y.M.C.A. will move
under orders from Mr. DIXON, who will submit
a report to this Office on the 23rd instant
showing where each is employed.
(c). All other P.B. men, with the exception of
those notified in writing will move with the
Units to which they are attached.
(8). SURPLUS STORES.
Will be dumped opposite Camp Orderly Room.
(9). ALL MATERIAL for salvage will be dumped near the
same place.

(2). Details of Billeting are as per list attached.
(3). Personnel, baggage and Office Equipment, will move
by Motor Transport and Train. Horse Transport will move by Train.
(4). (a). Lorries, as under, will leave at 9.45 a.m.
All baggage kits etc., carefully marked should be
dumped by 9 a.m.

Aug 23/17 — Leave Senlecques at 4 pm for Dieppe
Shall telegraph from Dieppe name of Hotel there, at
which I shall stop.
24/17 — Leave Dieppe 8 am. — Reach Harve 11 am.
Address at Harve is: -
c/o Third Aust. Divisional. Base
Leave Harve 4 pm — Reach Dieppe 8pm.
Dieppe address same as before unless altered by
telegram.
Alternative:- If I decide to spend night of Aug 24/25 at
Harve, I shall notify same by telegraph
Aug. 25/17 : - At Dieppe — Same address as previously
notified.
Aug 26/17. — Leave Dieppe at 8 am — reach Divn H.Q
in time for lunch. —
