Humourous Turnout - Entries will be allowed on the Ground
at 1.30 p.m.. Committee will award prize for best turnout at
conclusion of Show.
Entries to reach Divisional Headquarters not later than
9 a.m. 19th instant. The competitors in this event will be
viewed by Members of the Committee at Transport Wagon-lines on
Friday 20th instant from 2 p.m. to decide if entry is suitable.
Mule Race - To take place at 5.30 p.m..
Post Entries, - limited to two per Unit. Mules will
be provided at Post.
Late arrivals -
Competitors must be on the ground at least half an hour
before their event is timed to start. Late arrivals will not
be allowed to compete.
Refreshments -
Light Refreshments will be provided for Other Ranks who
are obliged to remain on the Ground during Luncheon hour.
Traffic -
Roads and tracks which are to be used are shown on Plan
overleaf.
