Infantry Brigade Camp, and North of the road. NARCRING ORDER, serge clothing, slouch hats. (not loopod). A11 Mounted Officers will woar Marching Ordor, viz. :- Rovolvor, havorsack, fiold glasses, Wallets, shoo-caso, rollod coat strapped on back of saddlo. Units will be on their allotted place of parado by 1630. The Division will be drawn up in line of Units in Close Column of Companios (or similar formations according to branch of the Sorvico) Facing North. A plan of the Division drawn up to rocoive tho Commander in Chiof is attachod. (a) Divisional Cavalry, Divisional Cyclist Company, Artillery and Engineer Units, will approach by main road on South of it, continuing until opposite allotted place of parado bofore whooling to the North. (b) 4th. Infantry Brigado will approach from South ond of its own Camp. (0) 12th. Infantry Brigade and Pionoor Battalion will approach from North ond of 4th. Infantry rigado Camp. (a) 4th. and 12th. Field Ambulances will approach in that order from South ond of 4th. Infantry Bdo. Camp, in rear of 4th. Infantry Brigado. (a) When a Unit has assumod its corroot pooition on parado bayonots will be Tirod and troops will stand easy. (D) The various staffs will take up positions according to manual of Ceromonial Chap.VIII (Soction 117). (0) Company and Platoon Cormandors will not take post in roviow order but will remain with their Commands. (d) For the recoption of tho Inspocting officor the Division will suocossively SLOPE ARNS PRESENT ARUS! -SLOPE ARMS! - CORDER ARUS - STAND AT EASE! - by ordor of the C.O.C., Division as given in Words of Command for the General Saluto. REVIEW OF THE 4TH AUSTRALIAN DIVISION

by

THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF.

Monday, May 29th 1916.

PLACE  1. 
The review will be held to the East of the 4th.

Infantry Brigade Camp, and North of the road.

TIME     2. 

DRESS    

MARCHING ORDER, serge clothing, slouch hats.
(not looped).
All Mounted Officers will wear Marching Order,

viz. :- Revolver, haversack, field glasses,

wallets, shoo-case, rolled coat strapped on back

of saddle.

TIME     3. 
Units will be on their allotted place of parade

by 1630.
FORMATIONS  4. 
The Division will be drawn up in line of Units in

Close Column of Companies (or similar formations

according to branch of the Service) facing North.

A plan of the Division drawn up to receive the

Commander in Chief is attached.

ORDER OF               5. 
MARCHING ON TO 
PARADE
(a) Divisional Cavalry, Divisional Cyclist Company,

Artillery and Engineer Units, will approach by main

road on South of it, continuing until opposite

allotted place of parade before wheeling to the

North.
(b) 4th. Infantry Brigade will approach from South

and of its own Camp.

(c) 12th. Infantry Brigade and Pioneer Battalion

will approach from North end of 4th. Infantry

Brigade Camp.

(d) 4th. and 12th. Field Ambulances will approach

in that order from South end of 4th. Infantry Bde.
Camp, in rear of 4th. Infantry Brigade.

PROCEDURE ON  6. 
PARADE.  
(a) When a Unit has assumed its correct position

on parade bayonets will be fixed and troops

 will stand easy.

(b) The various staffs will take up positions

according to manual of Ceremonial Chap. VIII (Section

117).
(c) Company and Platoon Commanders will not take

post in review order but will remain with their

Commands.
(d) For the reception of the Inspecting Officer

the Division will successively 'SLOPE ARMS' -
'PRESENT ARMS' - 'SLOPE ARMS' - 'ORDER ARMS'-

'STAND AT EASE' - by order of the G.O.C., Division

as given in "Words of Command for the General Salute.

Attached Sheet (                                Marked amended)

N.B. The advance copies of this sheet issued

yesterday to Unit representatives are cancelled

and should be destroyed.
