APPOINTMENT. 1. Provost Sergt. Sergt Tubman.South Staffords.
TROOP DECKS. 2. No one but Troop Deck Sergeants and Mess
Orderlies are allowed on Troop Decks from
9am till after inspection. Troop Decks Sergeants
and Mess Orderlies must be on thier Troop Decks
during Inspection. O.C's of Units will be held
responsible that this is carried out.
MESSES. 3. The Senior N.C.O's of the messes are responsible
for the cleanliness of same, and must be present
at Inspection.
INSPECTION. 4. Troops parade for inspection at 10-30am.
MESS CERTIFICATE. 5. Officers are requested to sign Mess Certificat e
at Pursers Office at 8pm this Evining.
DUTIES. 6. Officer of the Day. Captain Grendell.
Next for duty. Captain Findlay.
Orderly Officer. Lieut Holland.
Next for duty. Lieut Ross Gavin.
Medical Officer. Captain S.M. Causland.
Next for duty. Captain Jeffreys.
Officers of the Watch. Lieuts Lowe, Strung, and
Beetham.
Next for duty. Lieuts Billborough,
Barclay and Simpson.
Unit for Duty. 42nd Division.
Next for Duty. 10th Division.
The orderly Division will supply Ships Gaurd of
1. Sergt 2.Cpls and 54 men. A.Submarine Gaurd of
1. Segt. 1.Cpl. and 30 men. Both Gaurds to mount
at 6pm Daily.
