DISCHARGES | 1. - The discharges shown in the attached list (sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4) were confirmed by the Senior Military Officer, 2nd Australian Convoy, at King George's Sound on 30th ultimo and papers returned to Officers Commanding on Transports concerned. |
TRANSFERS TO FIFTH MILITARY DISTRICT, ALBANY. |
2. - The transfers to 5th Military District, Albany, for disposal of by Commandant, and shewn in attached list (Transfer sheet 1) were approved by the Senior Military Officer at King George's Sound on 30th ultimo, and papers returned to Officers Commanding on Transports concerned. |

3. - O.C. Troops, Transport "A.32" reports that the undermentioned personnel from "A.38" reported on board "A.32" on 30th ultimo and was taken on the strength of 1st Reinforcements, 2nd Infantry Brigade; viz. - No. 1104 Cpl. 4. - Telegraphic advice has been received from Head- Quarters, Melbourne, that the following promotion has been approved: viz., BAKERY SECTION. A.I.F. - Lieutenant Prior, Quartermaster, to be Captain; dated 23:12:14. |

5. (a) Telegraphic advice has been received from Head-Quarters, Melbourne, that the following appointments have been approved, viz .:- (b) 16th BATTALION, 4TH INFANTRY BRIGADE. Lieutenant E.T.H. Knight of 5th Military District vice Lieutenant Brashaw, invalided. (A.G.: W.L. 8608). Lieutenant Knight reported for duty at King George's Sound on 29th ultimo. Sergeant Ross Harwood to be 2nd Lieutenant vice Lieut. M. McVicker Smyth, invalided. (W.L. 12504). |
