Major E. K. Baker, 78th Battln, Infantry, Adelaide (a) Lieut. K.P.K. Brittain, 74th " Capt. A.S.R.Gartrell, 28th Engineers P.B.Gladman, Sen. Cadets, Port August, (& late A.G.A. Victoria) (D) Lieut. L. Dykeming, 78th Battln. Infantry, Adelaide (a) Has passed and been recommended for Captainey in 74th Battln. Infantry - strongly recommended. (o) Has passed for Captain except Field Engineering, wound make a good Commander. The above are Citizen Force Officers, I can and de atrongly recommend before them any of the Officers of the A. & l.
