delight as you can g ess
Well after a rotten trip
we arrived at Southampton
yesterday afternoon (Mon 30)
& from there they packed
the Australians & New
Zealanders on the train for
London & we arrived here
at 7 oclock last night.
This is a tip top hospitial
I am in & as you can bet
I enquired the visiting days
which are Wedensday from
4 till 5 in the afternoon,
Saturday & Sunday from
2 till 4 in the afternoon
so I hope to see you before
long. As regards to my
wound well its goin on

healed & I can very nearly
walk about without a limp
but of course they wont let
me out or you would see
me home in about two ups
but as it stands now I have
to wait for you to come
& see me which wont be
long, perf perhaps tomorrow
Wed if posseable we will
say well I shall be
expecting you as you wont
have time to reply to this
letter & when you come I will
be very pleased if you
will bring a little fruit
with you as it is such a
long while since I tasted
any. Well there seems
a great change in the
weather to me for about a
week ago I was at Malta
& the tempeture was about
110° in the shade so you
can see I feel a bit chilly
here well I will now as
I want you to get this letter
in time for tomorrow.

Your loving son
Bob.
