so Roleys wedding went
off first class by jove I would
of like to have seen him
with a banana tied to
his coat what a bit of
fun. Yesterday one of our
fellows can up the hill
with a  parcel under his
arm & I was just saying
to myself I wonder who

thats for, well it was for
me & who do you think
it was from, why Lizzie
of Carters & I must get you
Dad to thank her very
much for it she sent me
a letter about a fortnight
ago which I answered
but up to the time she
she had sent me this
parcel she had received
no reply. Well you can
just see me getting my
mouth over a box of
chocolates by jove I did
the disappearing  trick alright
to day, the parcel
contained a whole heap

of Daily Mirrors & Scetches
& a Sunday Pictorial, 2
boxes of Chocolates, & 2
boxes of cigarettes a very
nice present dont you

present I have received
letters from Aunt Grace,
Mr Cox, Dolly & Dad

about a fortnight ago it
was an answer to Dad's
8 page letter I dont know

day I surpose it will
arrive by the next mail

longing for that to come.
A bit of the old homemade
cake is a thing which I
have been longing for
these last 2 years. Well
