1. With regard to the visit to BERLIN of a representative party of the
Contingent, the following arrangements have been made :-

Timings for departure from LONDON will be notified as soon as received from
Headquarters, London District.
2. The Women members of the party will accompany the male members on the
forward journey to BERLIN, but as there is no provision for women on the return
route through the HOOK of HOLLAND, BAOR will arrange for the women to return from BERLIN through CALAIS and DOVER.
3. Other Rank male personnel should carry messing gear.
4. Personnel desiring to take cameras should be in possession of a
Certificate signed by Headquarters of the Contingent stating that the camera
is the property of the holder and is being taken to GERMANY for use during the
visit. The Certificate should specify make of camera, size of lense and full
particulars.
5. It is suggested that members of the party who proceed on leave prior
to this tour should report back to Camp by the night of 18 Jun 46 as they will
probably leave London early on 19 Jun 46.
6. Personal baggage should be kept to the absolute minimum.

is hereby notified for information and necessary action.
"Subject is visit to BAOR or Australian VICMAR Contingent 20 to 25 June.
Party str Males Offrs 4, WOs 6. Sgts 24, ORs 16, Female Offrs 2, Sgts 3, total
all ranks 55, report RTO London Victoria by 1130hrs 19th June under arrgts Movustedo
for embarkation Dover/Calais same day. Port Comdt. Calais requested arrange disposal to arrive Munster by 2330 hrs 20 June. Return to UK under arrgts Movements Exfor.

2. Transport
Transport for the conveyance of the abovementioned personnel and baggage to
Victoria Station will be under arrangements Officer 1/c Transport, Kensington Gardens.
3. It should be noted that A.Fs.W.5169 will be required for the above party in
sextuplicate. Warrants all be required in respect of the journey from Victoria
Station to Dover Marine. The departure from Victoria will be at 1204 hrs and arrival
at Dover Marine at 1430 hrs.
4. In accordance with War Office Q(M) 10 FMT sheet D.600 the above party will
be for direct embarkation on arrival at Dover Marine.

IMPORTANT
(1) THIS WARRANT IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE.
It must be presented at the Booking Office of
the Station from which the journey is authorised
to begin, when a railway ticket or tickets will be
issued in exchange. SUCH TICKETS ARE NOT
TRANSFERABLE.
(2) Any alteration on the Warrant must be
initialled by the Issuing Officer.
(3) Children under 14 to be entered as "Half
Passengers"; no entry to be made for children
under 3 years of age.
(4) This Warrant will become null and void
if not used within one calendar month from the
date of issue.
(5) Baggage must not be inserted on this
Warrant. If baggage in excess of the Railway
Companies' free allowance (First Class 112 lb.,
Third Class 56 lb) is to be conveyed at the
public expense, A.B. 422n will be used.
(6) Great care will be taken by Issuing Officers
to denote the APPROPRIATE CLASS of ticket
required. Where a Warrant is made out 3rd class
and a cross channel journey is involved it should
be conspicuously endorsed "Saloon on Boat" if
applicable.
(7) Where Warrants are issued on repayment
the instructions in paragraph 1100, King's
Regulations, 1940, must be strictly complied
with. Such Warrants will be endorsed on the
front in red in "On repayment."
Particulars of passengers authorized to travel will be shown below. If space is
insufficient a nominal roll will be completed.
