GENERAL
-
War Office are responsible for the movement of all personnel, other than Royal Navy
and Royal Air Force, to and from London Railway Termini.The Admiralty and Air Ministry are responsible for the movement of the Royal Navy
and Royal Air Force contingents to and from London Railway Termini.Headquarters London District are responsible for the movement of all personnel from
Termini to Camps and vice versa. - The Brigadier Commanding Main Camp Headquarters (Brigadier Commanding
Troops) is responsible to this Headquarters for the administration and discipline of all
personnel accommodated in the Kensington Gardens, Regents Park and Bushey Park Camps. - The Time Table showing the arrival and departure of personnel, the arrangements
for their transport to and from Camps, and the orders for the Victory March on 8th June
will be issued later.

DEFINITIONS
GROUP—The countries or the Service which together form a Group of Contingents, such as
The Allies Group, The Dominions Group, The British Army Group. The R.A.F. Group.
CONTINGENT—The individual countries, or the Arm of Service, which form the
components of a Group, such as Ethiopia, Australia, Royal Artillery, Royal Marines,
Gibraltar.
DETACHMENT—The individual units or sub-units which make up the contingents, such
as the Coldstream Guards, the Police detachment.
CAMP COMMANDANT—The Officer Commanding each separate Lines.
