General DODDS.
The undermentioned are to be held in readiness to entrain
on the 15th instant, attestations to be notified later, en route for
two months furlough in Australia.
Nominal rolls in triplicate to be rendered to Corps H.Q.
before entraining, and embarkation rolls also to be handed to an
embarkation clerk to be detailed by Corps to accompany troops to embarkation
port. Only fofficers and men who embarked from Australia
in 1914 and have been away ever since: under no circumstances must
any one be included who did not actually embark in 1914, even if he
enlisted that year and did not embark till 1915.
1st Division to send 2 Lt-Cols. and 2 Majors.
4th Division to send 1 Lt-Col. and 1 Major.
5th Division to send 1 Lt-Col. and 1 Major.

Senior Officer to command. If not sufficient married
available, numbers to be made up by single men; preference only to
be given to married men who have their wives in Australia. Captain
BLANCHARD will arrange to advance cash for 40 days pay during the
voyage, not to be paid till they embark but the ordinary rate will
be paid before embarkation. I will cable Egypt to issue clothing
when they get there, but D.A.D.O.S. of each Division to issue what
he can now. Men will take packs, leave arms behind. There isn ot
time to get kit from LONDON, go in what they have.
Confirmed by D.R. tonight. W.O and G.H.Q. making all
arrangements.

Headquarters.
1. The personnel shown on Table 'A' herewith will be held.
in readiness to entrain on 15th September, en-route for 2 months
furlough in AUSTRALIA.
2. Detailed arrangements will be notified as early as possible,
but the party will be concentrated on the evening of 14th inst.
at Corps Reinforcement Camp, BRAY. They should therefore concentrate
in Div. Reinforcement Wings on evening 13th inst. _
3. Only Officers and men who embarked from AUSTRALIA in 1914
and have been on service overseas over since, may be selected -
under no circumstances may anyone be included who did not embark in
1914.
4. Preference will in every case be given to married men, but
single men may be included if sufficient married men are not available.
5. Senior Officers will be detailed as follows (to be
included in the total of Officers)
1st Aust. Div. 2 Lieut.-Cols. * 2 majors
4th Aust. Div. 1 Lieut.-Col. 1 Major.
.5th Aust. Div. 1 Lieut.-Col. 1 major.

6. Paymaster A.I.F., will arrange to advance to 0.C. sufficient
cash for 40 days‘ pay during the voyage.
7. Men will take equipment, but hand in their arms before
leaving their Units (or Div. Reinft. Camp).
8. Rolls of each party will be prepared in triplicate and.
delivered to 0.C., Corps Reinforcement Depot, BRAY.
