18/9/18 Capt Kelly arrives from
the Base and Reinforcement 
officer vice Capt Andrews
Lieut Thompson. W 6 Dental
Unit despatched to join
temp Aust Flying Squadron.
At last moment were informed
that we have to return by
our own transport [[?]]
As T.S of C.
Inquiries had been made
concerning the matter a few
days previously & the answer
from Brigade was to leave
standing.
These tents had been used
to hold Brigade Influenza
patients & the return at
the last moment is most
inconvenient.
All motors left mobile Sections at
1400. Had to evacuate 
wagon load of sick by [[horse led?]] vehicle.

Mobile Section moved out at
1930. Moved under Divnl
control to region round
Jaffa. Bivouac was
reached at 2400
