done. Serve hot with Sauce: 4 big pieces
grated Ginger, 4 big red Chillies (sliced fine)
piece OIL of Citronella grass, 1 or 2 tablespoons
Sugar, 3 big sliced Onions, 2 sliced small
onions, & salt.^pepper This sauce is boiled, & 
while boiling add flour to thicken, &
eat hot * [Try vary with Crab or Lobster]
Special Tiffin :- Fry 2 fat Pork Chops
in oil or lard, with 1 Pigs Kidney & ½ lb
Pork Sausages. Boil green peas, bake 2
Tomatos, mashed potatos covered with hot
