It was very kind? thoughtful of you to send it, I will sake great care of it I can assure you a few days ag before is arrived Florrie said she wished she had one as they are all the go here with the girls, only they are bronge. I have also reclived your bards + letter dated Oct 23 the set you were anxire for me to get, are very nnce indeed but Florri says here is the best she is delighted with her cards so is Stan we have a good collection infact we want another Allum Well Bert I see by your last lette you are in Camp again the good times did not last long for you, & think that after what you thaps have gone through, all of you should be sat home not sent to the fron again I was in hopes of you being

L are very ugly about things the fact is they want the proterty & S proposed for the married onel to agree for it to be transferred to the 3 Bingle Girls if it could bedone which it can if he likes, of course it is for his hands but he wants to sell it & get somebody to very it for him that is the long & short of sid. We had a great day in Ball last Sat. The Red bross Garnival it was a great success, they reckon to realize £1,000 Florrie Stan & I gent up in the afternoon it was held at the City Oal & am sending the Courier with the full account of it, so you will see for yourself that is if you have the luck to get it or the letter as I am pursuled where to address them Mrs. Williams on the corner of Morgange
have shifted into Town, H.P. nexddovr offered her $20 then Chas N. at the store offered her ₤30 so she told H.p. she could not let him have it as sombody else had offered her 30 so he says Ill give you 30 however he got it There he is going to sell the house again for removal. Well Bert you must excuse this scribble as I am making yau with the Govreberries off our fris I only wish you were here to help us eat it, Dear Bert I wonder where you wllb thhem howevery this reaches you, I hope & trust you are well + strong by this especially if you are to go back, for you will need all you afrenath & courage to face that again, I must now conclude hoping you are quite recovered & be of Good Wheir my lad & may God, bless I protect & shelser you in the day of Battle endue you with loyally I courage & grant that in his own good time you may have a seife return home with love from your loving Mothe

Repreat Hotel Parketone Dee 24th 1915 Dear Mother Just a few lines for the present I will write you when I get back to camp, perhaps I will have more time then, more than here. Well I got 6cays leave & came down here with a chap out of the 2nd Ild amo last Wed 2and, we are having a splende time in fact the best that I have haa since leaving home I have been out for a motordrive today and only have time to write you these few lines. to remend you that have not forgothen you. you will excuse me bont you

Very pleased indeed
to receive on Nov 19th your Cards & Keepsake

A few days ago before it arrived
Florrie said she wished she had one
as they are all the go here with the
